From Doubt To Destiny

📖 James 1:6 (NIV) – “But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.”

📖 Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) – “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

Devotional Thought:

Doubt delays, but faith accelerates! When you believe God, you can’t doubt Him—because doubt is the enemy of destiny. Faith is what moves mountains, opens doors, and unlocks the supernatural. It’s what allows us to walk in the fullness of God’s promises.

When God speaks, His Word will never return void (Isaiah 55:11). He is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19). If He said it, He will do it! But the enemy works overtime to plant seeds of doubt, trying to convince us that God’s plan isn’t possible, that we aren’t qualified, or that God won’t come through.

Think about Abraham—God told him he would be the father of many nations at an old age. Everything in the natural suggested it was impossible. But Romans 4:20-21 says, “Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.”

What about Peter? He walked on water toward Jesus, defying natural laws. But the moment he let doubt creep in, he began to sink (Matthew 14:28-31). His faith allowed him to step out, but doubt caused him to stumble.

The question today is: Are you walking in faith, or sinking in doubt?

God is calling you to trust Him fully. The more you believe, the more you will step into the destiny He has for you. Don’t let doubt keep you from the promise.
