(Exodus 25: 8-9)And let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them. According to all that I show thee, the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the furniture thereof, even so shall ye make it. 

The question for you “Is your Heart a Sanctuary or a dumping ground?” Don’t let folk dump their trash into you. They leave empty and you are left full of their junk.
