As we enter this new day, let’s begin by centering our hearts and reminding ourselves of what God asks of us. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” Deuteronomy 6:5
This scripture sets the tone for our journey and reminds us that the call of God is not partial, passive, or half-hearted; it is complete, consuming, and purposeful. To be who you’re called to be and to do what you’re called to do will take everything within you, your energy, your spirit, and your body; because calling is costly and purpose is not cheap; destiny requires participation.
God never calls us to greatness without preparation, shaping, stretching, and refining. When He calls you, He calls all of you not just your gifts, not just your Sunday worship, not just the areas where you feel strong and confident, but also the parts that are still growing, healing, and learning. He asks for your strength and your discipline, your faith and your obedience, your willingness to keep moving forward even when you feel tired or uncertain. You cannot step into purpose halfway, because purpose is not a part-time assignment — it requires a surrendered heart, an engaged spirit, and a life aligned with His direction.
To walk in your calling is to give God your whole self — your yes, your effort, your patience, and your endurance trusting that everything you pour out for Him, He will refill in abundance.
