Pastor Gary E. Lee passionately embraces the call of Luke 4:18-19, believing in the transforming power of the Gospel to heal, deliver, and restore. He is committed to taking the Kingdom message beyond the church walls, equipping believers to impact the community through love, service, and outreach.

Raised in a home of faith under the guidance of his parents, Pastor James and Merle Lee of Wendell, NC, Pastor Lee was inspired early by his father's ministry. Since joining First Baptist Church of Middlesex in 1993, he has faithfully served in numerous roles—from Deacon to Minister of Music—before being installed as Pastor on August 13, 2017.

Known for his servant leadership, Pastor Lee has taught, led, and worshiped with a heart for Kingdom growth. He and his wife of over 30 years, Linda, are proud parents of Portia and Daniel, godparents to Savannah, and joyful grandparents to Kaiden, Saige, and Mazi.

Pastor Lee remains devoted to advancing God’s Kingdom with humility, faith, and love.
