Time to Break Your Alabaster Jar

(Mark 14:3) While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. We have to be bold enough to come to the throne, but humble enough to get down at His feet. When the woman broke the alabaster jar the oil spilled out and aroma filled the room as she worshiped at the feet of Jesus. You are in this season for a reason. God’s after something and He’s not going to stop pursuing you until you get down at His feet and break the jar & worship.

Just as the alabaster jar, you can’t just be open before God you must be broken before God. You will never be effective closed up and safe. You have to shatter your normal.
